This Too Shall Pass Away
Lightning or thunder,
Deep night or day;
They all did come,
But never did stay.
Wave after wave, storm after storm,
Kept the night dark, but cleared by morn.
In each of my trials, from the time I was born,
Every sad night, was followed by morn.
Trials will come, but never will last,
For all things on earth, comes only to pass.
